Location: 33rd St. and Ellerslie Ave.
Notes: Opened in 1950 as a stadium for football and minor league baseball. Maximum seating capacity for baseball was 54,000, after extensions were made to the upper deck.
• The inscription on the Memorial wall read: "Dedicated as a memorial to all who so valiantly fought in the world wars with eternal gratitude to those who made the supreme sacrifice to preserve equality and freedom throughout the world - time will not dim the glory of their deeds."

Opened on April 6, 1992, Oriole Park is only two blocks from the birthplace of baseball's most legendary hero, Babe Ruth. The magnificent ballparks of the early 1900s influenced the unique design of Oriole Park, situated near downtown Baltimore's Inner Harbor area.
