Sanchez earned his fifth career shutout on Tuesday against the Royals. It was his first time exceeding seven innings in 2012. His final regular season start comes vs. the Twins, to whom he allowed 12 hits and five runs in August.



Twins: RHP Liam Hendriks (1-8, 6.09 ERA)

After picking up his first career victory in his previous start, Hendriks couldn't carry over any momentum against the Yankees on Monday. The rookie served up four homers en route to giving up six runs over 6 1/3 innings.
