TODAY’S 75TH CELEBRATION INFORMATION: The Tigers will celebrate 75 years in Lakeland for Spring Training all throughout the spring. As part of that celebration, Tigers third base coach Gene Lamont (Detroit’s first round selection in the 1965 draft) and Ed Gandy (former Director of Parks & Recreation for the City of Lakeland) will both throw out a ceremonial first pitch prior to today’s game.
